Own day-to-day service reliability for managed client environments, from proactive monitoring to incident resolution and change execution.
You will manage production infrastructure across endpoints, servers, identity, backup, and patching. The role combines deep technical support with automation and governance so clients have stable, secure operations every day.
Monitor and maintain client systems across endpoint, server, and cloud workloads.
Own incident response, root-cause analysis, and documented corrective actions.
Implement patching, backup validation, and recovery tests to policy standards.
Maintain operational runbooks and service reports for client leadership reviews.
Collaborate with network, security, and application teams on escalated issues.
Automate repetitive support tasks using scripts and workflow tooling.
3+ years in MSP, NOC, or enterprise IT operations roles.
Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 administration fundamentals.
Practical experience with endpoint management and monitoring platforms.
Clear incident communication and stakeholder update discipline.
Hands-on scripting with PowerShell or Bash for automation tasks.
Ability to work in structured on-call rotations when required.
ITIL Foundation, Azure Administrator, or equivalent certification.
Exposure to SOC workflows and security event escalation.
