4+ years in integration engineering or middleware-focused roles.
Strong API design and troubleshooting skills across REST and webhooks.
Experience with integration platforms or custom orchestration code.
Solid understanding of data mapping and schema evolution.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong documentation and operational handover discipline.
Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Exposure to regulated environments and audit requirements.
