3+ years of production web application development experience.
Strong proficiency in Laravel or comparable backend frameworks.
Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or similar ecosystems.
Solid SQL and data modeling capabilities.
Experience with testing, version control, and CI/CD basics.
Ability to write clear technical documentation and handover notes.
Experience with SaaS multi-tenant architecture.
Familiarity with containerized deployments and cloud hosting.
